Head of IT, to be based out at BKC (canddate with nbfc experience only apply)

CTC - 70 Lakh to 1 Cr

Reporting to CEO

Key Responsibilities –

1. Developing the company’s strategy for using technological resources

2. Ensuring technologies are used efficiently, profitably and securely.

3. Evaluating and implementing new systems and infrastructure.

4. Develop technical aspects of the company’s strategy to ensure alignment with its business goals.

5. Discover and implement new technologies that yield competitive advantage.

6. Supervise system infrastructure to ensure functionality and efficiency.

7. Build quality assurance and data protection processes.

8. Monitor KPIs and IT budgets to assess technological performance.

9. Use stakeholders’ feedback to inform necessary improvements and adjustments to technology.

10. Communicate technology strategy to Management and Board of Directors.

Requirements and skill

1. Knowledge of technological trends to build strategy.

2. Understanding of budgets and business-planning

3. Ability to conduct technological analyses and research.

4. Excellent communication skills

5. Leadership and organizational abilities

6. Strategic thinking.

7. Problem-solving aptitude.

8. BSc / BA in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field; MBA or other relevant graduate degree is a plus.

9. Preferably – CEH, CISA, CISSP, CISM [Qualified]

10. Well versed with essential regulatory compliance, i.e. RBI,NHB, SEBI, IDRBT, etc.

11. Cyber Security and Governance – MITRE Data Source, CERT In and Others,

12. Good Knowledge About IT Governance
