Key Responsibilities :
- Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products / services.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Generate new leads through cold calling, follow-ups, and referrals.
- Achieve or exceed daily and monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Handle inbound sales inquiries and convert them into opportunities.
- Update customer information accurately in the CRM system.
- Follow up with interested prospects through email, SMS, or scheduled callbacks.
- Work collaboratively with sales and marketing teams to improve campaigns.
- Handle objections professionally and close sales effectively.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company offerings and promotions.
Required Skills and Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor's degree is a plus.1–3 years of telesales, inside sales, or customer service experience.Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to build rapport quickly and handle rejection positively.Strong organizational and time management skills.Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot) is an advantage.Comfortable using scripts and following structured sales processes.Skills Required
