We are seeking an enthusiastic Business Developer who can drive customer acquisition, partnerships, and growth for QpiAI Opt across multiple verticals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and generate new business opportunities across target sectors (Academics, Logistics, Pharma, Manufacturing, Aerospace, etc.).
  • Develop and manage a robust sales pipeline , ensuring consistent lead tracking, follow-up, and conversion.
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets within set timelines.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and technical teams to align client needs with platform capabilities.
  • Build long-term client relationships to drive recurring business and customer satisfaction .
  • Maintain detailed records of interactions, proposals, and deal progress using CRM tools.
  • Provide ongoing support and ensure successful onboarding and post-sale client engagement.
  • Research and identify potential partners for product integration or institutional outreach (e.g., professional training programs or industry education initiatives).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 1–3 years of proven experience in Business Development, Sales, or Account Management .
  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and managing multiple leads simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Demonstrated experience in lead nurturing, client follow-up, and conversion management.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams (tech, product, and marketing).
  • Commitment to customer success and post-sale relationship management.
  • Preferred Qualifications (Good to Have)

  • Experience in selling technical platforms or software solutions in sectors like Logistics, Supply Chain, or Education .
  • Exposure to selling training programs , technical courses , or enterprise SaaS platforms .
  • Understanding of optimization technologies , AI platforms , or cloud-based solutions .
  • Familiarity with academic collaborations , corporate learning programs , or industry partnerships .
  • Able to study the product and answer technical questions from potential clients.
  • It's beneficial to have a programming background, including certifications, courses, and workshops.
