About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and organized Talent Acquisition Coordinator to support our hiring and placement activities. The ideal candidate will assist in recruitment operations, interview coordination, and placement cell support.

Location : Trivandrum (Preferred)

Employment Type : Full-time

Working Hours : 9 : 30 AM – 5 : 30 PM

Working Days : 6 days a week

Experience : Freshers are welcome

Key Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening candidates through job portals, social platforms, and referrals

Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers

Support in conducting HR rounds and follow-ups

Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and placement reports

Coordinate with companies for student / candidate placements

Assist in organizing placement drives, job fairs, and follow-up activities

Ensure excellent communication and smooth candidate experience

Support end-to-end hiring activities as needed

Required Qualifications

MBA (HR) or any relevant degree

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Basic knowledge of recruitment processes is an advantage

Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply
