We are a growing food-based FMCG company focused on providing healthy, clean-label breakfast cereals made
from clean ingredients. Our product range includes millet mueslis ,millet snacks and porridge mixes and other
nutritious offerings that cater to health-conscious consumers.
Job Summary :
We are seeking dynamic and enthusiastic Sales Representatives to join our team and drive the retail and general
trade sales of our products. The ideal candidate will have a passion for FMCG sales, excellent communication skills,
and the ability to build strong relationships with retailers and distributors.
Key Responsibilities :
- Visit retail outlets and generate orders for in the assigned territory.
- Ensure proper placement and visibility of products at the retail counters.
- Identify and onboard new retail stores to increase market reach.
- Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide timely support.
- Execute market promotions, sampling activities, and product awareness campaigns.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily sales and activities.
- Track competitor activity and market trends and share insights with the team.
- Ensure proper stock rotation and timely collections from the trade.
Qualifications & Skills Required :
0 to 3 years of experience in FMCG sales (in food or cereals category).Minimum qualification : 12th Pass; Graduate preferred.Good communication and interpersonal skills.Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned area.Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.Should have a two-wheeler and a valid two-wheeler licenseBasic knowledge of MS Excel / digital reporting apps is a plus.Perks & Benefits :
