Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field 2 years of experience in Business Process Management Knowledge of BPMN 2.0 Familiarity with general business processes Knowledge of data analysis tools and reporting functionalities Strong skills in Microsoft Office (VISIO) and other relevant software Advanced level English required Good communication skills contributing global cross department alignment

Responsibilities :
- Global Software Implementation of Software SmartProcess : Implementation of existing Documentation and Processes to new layouts within the Software SmartProcess
- Modelling of Processes in SmartProcess : Implement the new processes together with global process managers and support in process description in coordination with Director Global Quality and Head of Business Process Management
- Process Definition and Standardization : Define, implement, and maintain global standards and best practices including customization and configuration in alignment with business requirements
- Documentation and User Support : Create comprehensive training documentation and conducting software trainings for end-users
- Knowledge Transfer and Innovation : Provide knowledge transfers and support continuous improvement through innovation and process optimization.
- Maintain master data for the complaints and audit processes
- Develop and implement workflows within the SmartProcess system together with process managers
