Work Mode : Hybrid (3 days / week from office)

Your Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and technically skilled QA / Test Engineer to join our Digital Twin of Ships team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in automated testing and performance validation, who can ensure the reliability, accuracy, and robustness of complex simulation systems. You will play a critical role in validating system behavior and supporting continuous quality improvements.

You profile

• Validate system performance, reliability, and accuracy of digital twin simulations.
• Design and implement automated test suites using industry-standard tools.
• Conduct performance and load testing to ensure scalability and responsiveness.
• Collaborate with developers and product owners to define test strategies and acceptance criteria.
• Apply Test-Driven Development (TDD) practices to support agile workflows.
• Identify, document, and track defects and ensure timely resolution.
• Continuously improve testing processes and tools to enhance product quality.
• Strong engineering background with 10–12 years of experience in QA and testing roles.
• Proven experience in Digital Twin technologies , preferably in maritime or industrial domains.
