Your Role

As a

Business Associate

, you will straddle

strategy, analysis, and execution :

Consulting & Analysis

Conduct business analyses, decode industries, and prepare

financial / operational reports.

Identify opportunities for

growth, efficiency, and competitive advantage.

Build models, dashboards, and frameworks to support data-driven decision-making.

Execution & Operations

Translate strategies into

execution roadmaps; manage timelines, KPIs,

and

outcomes.

Drive cross-functional collaboration across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.

Support business operations and ensure smooth delivery of consulting engagements.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

Interact directly with

CXOs

and client leadership teams.

Facilitate communication between client departments and consulting leads.

Provide exceptional client service and become a trusted point of contact.

Strategic Initiatives

Contribute to internal growth projects for Sahay’s consulting practice.

Support proposal development, new service design, and internal process improvements.

Who We’re Looking For

MBA (Tier-2 B-School preferred)

Strong

analytical and financial skills

; ability to decode business problems with clarity.

Experience in finance or business operations

(internship / full-time) is a plus.

Outstanding

communication & presentation skills

(English + Hindi / Gujarati preferred).

Strong

customer service orientation

ability to build trust and deliver value.

Proven ability to

collaborate across teams and stakeholders

Entrepreneurial hustle : ownership, accountability, and readiness to deliver under pressure.
