Role Summary

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic / Creative Designer to support our digital advertising, publishing, and advertiser campaigns. The ideal candidate will have a strong eye for design, proficiency in digital tools, and the ability to create compelling visuals that align with brand guidelines while driving engagement across multiple digital platforms.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop high-quality creatives for digital ads (display, social media, native, rich media, video thumbnails, etc.).
• Collaborate with marketing, ad operations, publishers, and advertisers to deliver campaign-ready designs.
• Resize and adapt creatives across multiple dimensions and ad formats (desktop, mobile, in-app, programmatic, publisher placements) while ensuring quality and brand consistency.
• Ensure designs are optimized for performance, loading speed, and platform requirements.
• Maintain consistency with brand identity and guidelines while experimenting with creative innovation.
• Create visuals for publisher and advertiser campaigns, including banners, landing page graphics, newsletters, and promotional materials.
• Support A / B testing of ad creatives and provide design variations to maximize engagement.
• Manage multiple design requests with quick turnaround times in a fast-paced ad operations environment.
