About the Role

We are looking for a passionate and experienced 'Senior WordPress Developer' to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and maintaining WordPress websites along with expertise in modern web technologies.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the end-to-end development of WordPress-based websites, from concept to deployment.
Design and build custom WordPress themes and plugins to meet specific business needs.
Optimize websites for performance, SEO, and responsiveness.
Integrate and manage CRMs such as Salesforce, HubSpot, and other third-party platforms to ensure seamless data flow and marketing automation.
Develop and maintain web applications using PHP, CodeIgniter, Laravel, and WordPress frameworks.
Implement and manage Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Google Search Console (GSC) tracking setups.
Implement and manage third-party API integrations and RESTful services.
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing WordPress websites
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Strong proficiency in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript (ES6+), jQuery, and MySQL.
Troubleshoot, test, and maintain core product software and databases.
Communicate effectively with UK and US clients, understanding requirements and providing timely solutions.

Technical Skills Required

6+ years of hands-on experience in WordPress development.

Proven experience working with US and UK clients.

Strong proficiency in PHP, MySQL, HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and jQuery.

Experience with custom plugin and theme development.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party integrations.

Knowledge of WordPress security, caching, and performance optimization.

Experience with page builders (Elementor, WPBakery, Gutenberg).

Understanding of UI / UX best practices and accessibility standards.

Excellent communication skills and ability to handle client interactions directly.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working directly with UK and US clients.

Prior experience in an agency or fast-paced digital environment.

Understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
