Demand Planning & Category Strategy Specialist

Requirement :

• MBA or Engineering degree from a Tier 1 institute (IIT / IIM / NIT / ISB or similar)
• 3–4 years of experience in demand planning & e-commerce sell roles in Tier 1 firms
• Strong stakeholder management skills – you can manage up, across, and diagonally
• Comfort with structured processes – and an eye for when they need to be reinvented
• Past experience in a fast-paced e-com or retail environment is a major plus
• Strong data management & analysis skills – Excel, SQL, or whatever gets the job done
• Excellent communication skills – you can turn a messy spreadsheet into a crisp narrative
