About the Role
We are hiring a Head of Product for a fast-growing consumer tech company. The role will own the complete product vision, strategy, roadmap, and execution across mobile and web platforms. This leader will build and scale the product organisation, drive user-centric innovation, and work closely with founders and cross-functional teams to deliver category-defining experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and own the end-to-end product strategy, roadmap, and execution aligned with business goals.
- Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing product team (PMs, Designers, Analysts).
- Partner with Engineering, Design, Growth, and Business teams to deliver high-quality product releases.
- Leverage user research, data, experimentation, and insights to drive decision making.
- Identify and execute new product initiatives that enhance user engagement, retention, and monetization.
- Establish and scale product processes, frameworks, and metrics across the organisation.
- Drive continuous improvement through rapid experimentation, A / B testing, and iteration cycles.
- Represent the product charter in leadership discussions, board reviews, and cross-functional forums.
- Stay ahead of consumer tech trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging technologies.
Requirements
10–15+ years of overall experience with at least 5+ years leading product teams.Strong background in consumer tech, internet, or mobile-first product companies.Proven track record of scaling products from 0→1 and 1→10 in high-growth environments.Deep understanding of product metrics, user behaviour, funnels, and experimentation frameworks.Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
