We are seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join our team on a freelance / contract basis and support the design, development, and optimization of our ServiceNow ecosystem. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to mission-critical ITSM workflows, build automation, and deliver scalable solutions.

About the Role

You will be responsible for building and customizing ServiceNow applications, ensuring performance, scalability, and seamless integration with third-party systems. The role involves working across ITSM modules, automating workflows, enhancing the Service Portal, and collaborating closely with stakeholders to deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow applications, especially in ITSM and related modules.
• Build workflows, Flow Designer automation, and Service Catalog items.
• Work with CMDB, Incident, Problem, Change, and Service Portal modules.
• Develop scripts (Business Rules, Client Scripts, Script Includes) with strong code quality standards.
• Implement REST / SOAP API integrations with third-party applications.
• Manage update sets, system upgrades, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate into technical solutions.
• Provide real-time troubleshooting and support for production issues.
