SAP MM Functional Consultant (Senior Level – 8 to 12 Years Experience)

Job Summary :

We are seeking a seasoned SAP MM Functional Consultant with 8–12 years of hands-on experience in SAP Materials Management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in end-to-end implementations, support, and enhancement projects, with deep expertise in procurement processes, inventory management, and cross-module integrations.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and manage SAP MM implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.
Design and configure SAP MM solutions including deep understanding of business processes, problem solving and customer transformation journey (ECC to S / 4)
Should have worked on complex implementations
Should have driven the workshops for clients
Collaborate with cross-functional teams for integration with SD, PP, WM / EWM, FICO, and QM modules.
Prepare and review functional specifications, test scripts, and training documentation.
Conduct workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and gap analysis with business stakeholders.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior consultants.
Ensure compliance with project standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience :

8–12 years of relevant SAP MM experience.

Minimum 2 full-cycle E2E implementations and multiple support / enhancement projects.

Strong client-facing experience with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Proficiency in writing functional specifications and documentation.

Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality solutions under tight deadlines.

Experience working in a consulting environment with global clients.

Preferred Skills :

SAP S / 4HANA experience (greenfield or conversion projects).

Extensive experience in SAP Fiori apps related to MM.

SAP Certification in Materials Management or S / 4HANA Procurement is a plus.

Experience with tools like Cloud ALM, JIRA, or other tools is a plus.
