IT Infrastructure & Security Engineer

Role Overview

The IT Infrastructure & Security Manager will oversee all internal IT systems, networks, and security. This hands-on role focuses on ensuring reliable connectivity, strong security across devices and networks, and standardized IT processes.The manager will also drive documentation, monitoring, and reporting while building a scalable IT setup that can support the company’s growth to 500+ users.

Key Responsibilities

1.Infrastructure & Systems Management

• Oversee and maintain all on-prem IT assets — switches, routers, Wi-Fi, servers, and user devices.
• Ensure reliable LAN / WAN setup, VPN, and remote connectivity.
• Manage hardware lifecycle (procurement, tagging, deployment, and disposal).
• Maintain backups and disaster recovery plans.
