Job Overview :

We are seeking a skilled Conventional Lathe Operator- Miller & Turner to join our precision manufacturing team in Germany. This position involves the independent operation of conventional lathes to manufacture high-quality, complex parts. The ideal candidate will have experience in manual machining and a strong understanding of technical drawings and tolerances. Key Responsibilities :

• Independently operate conventional lathes to produce precision components
• Read and interpret technical drawings and follow specified tolerances
• Measure, inspect, and ensure the accuracy and quality of machined parts
• Make necessary machine adjustments and minor corrections during the machining process
• Ensure cleanliness, order, and maintenance of machines and work area
• Contribute to continuous quality and process improvements
