Job Description

We are looking for a Senior AI / ML Engineers to join our team and help us build intelligent, scalable, and impactful solutions. In this role, you'll contribute to all phases of the ML lifecycle, from ideation to deployment, and play a key role in delivering high-quality, production-ready applications.

• Skills and Responsibilities 3-10 Years of work experience with Machine Learning and software development.
• Degree in computer science or related field.
• Proficient in Python & software development best practices.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to provide expert advice by communicating a structured narrative to non-technical staff and clients.
• A coaching & knowledge sharing mindset.
• Experience with deploying ML models to a large user base.
• Worked on one of the major Cloud providers (AWS, Azure, GCP).
• Familiarity with MLOps way of working.
• Took a leading technical role in a team structure (considered as a plus).
• an engineer that understands customer business needs and translate them into end-to-end technical solutions (from conception to deployment).
• Make applications that are carefully architected, scalable and robust through your combined skills in engineering and machine learning.
• Use Python to deploy production ready pipelines and ML models on the Cloud.
• Explore state-of-the art ML research and drive internal evaluation and adoption of cutting edge tools and frameworks.
• Are responsible for the high-quality delivery of your team’s projects.
• Technically guide junior engineers.
• Deliver technical workshops for clients.
• Leverage your expertise to help sales qualify and land exciting projects.
• Take ownership to lead projects with confidence as a tech lead.
