A Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within Responsibilities
- Lead and manage Salesforce projects through the full lifecycle : planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
- Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with Salesforce developers,architects, and third-party vendors.
- Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance policies.
- Support user training, UAT, and change management activities.
- Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce Required
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management with a techno-functional background.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM including configuration, customization, workflows, and process builder.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and / or Marketing Cloud.
- Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
- Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager) will be a strong Degree or equivalent experience
