A Salesforce Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of Salesforce projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and are completed on time and within Responsibilities

• Lead and manage Salesforce projects through the full lifecycle : planning, design, development, testing, and deployment.
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure optimal solution delivery.
• Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, and deliverables to ensure successful outcomes.
• Conduct regular project status meetings and provide updates to leadership and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Salesforce developers,architects, and third-party vendors.
• Ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices and data governance policies.
• Support user training, UAT, and change management activities.
• Drive continuous improvement and innovation in Salesforce Required
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Salesforce project management with a techno-functional background.
• Hands-on experience with Salesforce CRM including configuration, customization, workflows, and process builder.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platforms : Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and / or Marketing Cloud.
• Proven experience in managing cross-functional teams and stakeholder relationships.
• Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder, or Project Manager) will be a strong Degree or equivalent experience
