We are hiring skilled, English-speaking Admin Virtual Assistants to support UK-based clients with day-to-day administrative and operational tasks. You’ll be working remotely and supporting professionals or small businesses with their inbox, calendar, data entry, documents, and more.
We’re looking for proactive, detail-oriented, and reliable individuals with excellent communication and organisational skills.
Key Responsibilities :
Managing emails (organising, responding, forwarding)
Calendar management and appointment scheduling
Creating and formatting documents (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Data entry and CRM updates
Online research and report preparation
Organising digital files and folders (e.g. Google Drive, Dropbox)
Supporting general admin and follow-up tasks
Required Skills & Experience :
Excellent verbal and written English
Strong organisational and time management skills
Comfortable with tools like Gmail, Google Calendar, Microsoft Office, Zoom
High attention to detail and ability to work independently
Previous VA / admin support experience preferred but not required
Reliable internet connection and access to a laptop
