About the Role

BathStory is India’s fastest-growing shower enclosure brand, delivering end-to-end solutions across Bangalore and Hyderabad. As we scale, we are looking for a Junior Operations Executive who will support day-to-day order execution, coordination, site supervision, and ensure smooth operations across both cities.

This role is hands-on, customer-focused, and requires strong coordination between customers, the design team, installation teams, and the operations manager. You will play a key role in helping us deliver a seamless experience to customers and ensuring timely completion of orders.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinate daily operations for Bangalore & Hyderabad orders under the guidance of the Operations Manager

Track orders from site-visit to installation to closure, ensuring timely execution

Liaise with installation teams, maintain daily schedules, and resolve on-ground issues proactively

Conduct site checks, measurements (if required), and ensure readiness before installation

Manage customer communication professionally and address escalations with empathy

Work closely with the design and planning teams to ensure clarity on specifications, drawings, and materials

Monitor glass and hardware readiness with vendors and warehouse team

Maintain operations data in Zoho CRM / ERP modules

Ensure adherence to BathStory’s SOPs, quality standards, and timelines

Report daily progress, operational bottlenecks, and improvement ideas

Assist in vendor management and follow up on deliveries, material availability, and logistics

Must-Have Requirements

1–2 years of work experience in operations, interiors, construction, or project execution

Prior experience as a site supervisor or in an interiors / construction environment

Strong people management and coordination skills

Comfortable working on-ground, visiting customer sites, and handling installation teams

Ability to anticipate problems, be proactive, and resolve issues in real-time

Good communication skills (English, Hindi; Kannada preferred)

Basic understanding of drawings, measurements, and installation readiness (preferred)

Comfortable using tech tools (WhatsApp, Zoho, Google Sheets, CRM systems)
