Compensation : ₹45,000 – 50,000 / month (Fixed) + Performance-Based Incentives

Role Overview :

We’re looking for a HR Generalist to work directly with the founder. You’ll be responsible for hiring, employee engagement & retention, formulating policies & periodic performance reviews. As the company grows, you’ll also have the opportunity to scale the HR team and shape the playbook. This is an on-site role based in Jogeshwari (East), Mumbai, with an expectation of working from the office 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities :

End-to-End Recruitment : Manage the entire recruitment process for all roles within the agency. This includes sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, managing candidate communication, and extending offers

Onboarding : Design and execute a structured, engaging onboarding program for new hires

Cultural Stewardship : Act as a custodian of the Skadoosh culture, implementing initiatives that promote a positive, collaborative, and inclusive work environment

Conflict Resolution : Serve as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, providing impartial advice and resolution

Performance Review Cycle : Design and administer a robust, periodic performance review system

HR Documentation : Maintain accurate and confidential employee records, HR databases & processes, and ensure all compensation and benefits related to payroll, attendance are documented

What We're Looking For :

3–4 years of experience in Human Resources Management

Prior experience in Agencies is highly preferred

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Someone who is proactive, organised, patient and positive

Comfortable working on-site in Mumbai for most of the week
