We’re hiring a hands-on, ROI-obsessed Performance Marketing Manager to own paid growth across Meta & Google and scale D2C sales during festival peaks and everyday demand.

Location : Sector-27, Gurgaon (Work from Office)

Timings : Monday–Saturday

Salary : As per experience (competitive CTC + performance bonus)

Immediate joiners preferred

This is not a 9–5 role — we expect ownership and the willingness to go beyond fixed hours during launches and festival peaks.

The role (what you’ll own)

  • Run end-to-end paid acquisition across Meta (FB / IG) and Google Ads (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube) focused purely on sales (not lead gen).
  • Manage daily budgets and scale to ₹5L+ / day while protecting efficiency.
  • Deliver on these benchmarks : ROAS ≥ 4.5 and CAC ≤ ₹270 (consistent).
  • Reduce CAC & improve ROAS using audience segmentation, creative testing and funnel optimization.
  • Build full-funnel D2C campaigns, landing page & checkout experiments, and CRO tests.
  • Maintain tracking integrity (Meta Pixel, GA4, UTMs, server events) and operate custom dashboards (Looker Studio / internal).
  • Produce clear, actionable reports (CAC, ROAS, LTV : CAC, CTR, CPM) and present results to stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with design, content, product & operations to launch high-converting creatives and festival playbooks.

We’re looking for

  • 2–5 years hands-on performance marketing experience for D2C / e-commerce brands.
  • Proven experience managing ₹3–5L / day ad spends (or scaling to ₹5L+ / day).
  • Strong track record of sales-focused campaigns on Meta + Google (not just lead-gen).
  • Deep familiarity with GA4, Meta Business Suite, Google Ads Manager, Looker Studio , and tracking hygiene.
  • Analytical, hypothesis-driven, test-and-learn mindset.
  • Fast executor who can own campaigns end-to-end.
  • Bonus : experience scaling across India + international markets.
