What You'll Do
Backend Architecture & Development
- Design and build robust backend systems powering global customer support operations
- Develop scalable APIs and workflow frameworks that enhance customer and agent experiences
- Own components end-to-end, ensuring reliability, performance, and security
- Lead key projects from conception to deployment with a focus on distributed systems
Technical Leadership
Mentor junior engineers and promote engineering best practicesDrive observability initiatives and proactive tech debt managementCollaborate across teams to deliver enterprise-scale integrationsChampion innovation through pragmatic problem-solving and attention to detailDevOps & Automation

Required Expertise
5+ years of professional experience with Java and PythonStrong expertise in Spring Boot and backend software fundamentalsDeep understanding of distributed systems architectureProficiency in SOA, SOAP, REST APIsExperience with messaging systems : Kafka, FlinkAgile & DevOps : CI / CD, Docker / Kubernetes, Infrastructure as Code, monitoring toolsProven track record of mentoring engineers and owning complex componentsExcellent debugging, problem-solving, and cross-team collaboration skillsPreferred Skills
