Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Sarangarh for a Senior Accountant. The Senior Accountant will be responsible for performing day-to-day accounting tasks which include preparing financial statements, maintaining financial records, managing audits, and handling tax compliance. The role also involves budget preparation, variance analysis, and supporting the finance team in various accounting functions. The Senior Accountant will be expected to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, financial statements preparation, and budget preparation.
• Experience in managing audits, tax compliance, and variance analysis.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, standards, and regulations.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office suite.
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or equivalent certification is preferred.
• Experience in a similar role, preferably within the same industry, is an advantage.
