About The Role

We are seeking an accomplished Senior Vice President – Solutions & Transitions (Americas) to lead enterprise-wide solutioning and transition initiatives within the Property & Casualty insurance domain. Reporting to the Chief Operating Officer, this strategic leadership role will drive consultative solutioning, seamless client transitions, and business growth across global markets.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the Solutions and Transitions function, delivering innovative and commercially viable solutions for global insurance clients.
• Partner with Business Development, Client Engagement, and Delivery teams to define winning deal strategies and high-impact proposals.
• Establish and govern a standardized solutioning framework, pricing models, and transition processes that ensure successful client onboarding.
• Build and mentor a multi-location team operating in a hub-and-spoke model for efficient collaboration and delivery.
• Drive consulting-led revenue growth by leveraging deep domain expertise and strong market insights.
