Role Overview :

Reporting to the Group Manager, the Account Manager (Third Party Collections) is responsible for providing exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, including third parties. This role involves managing customer interactions, ensuring compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and negotiating payment resolutions.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Ensure compliance with SLA parameters, including processing incoming post, faxes, emails, work lists, and export files. (15%)
  • Facilitate verbal and written communication with customers and authorized third parties as needed. (10%)
  • Maintain accurate records in the company’s internal systems. (10%)
  • Uphold high-quality service standards and perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned by management. (10%)
  • Negotiate with customers or authorized third parties to resolve payment issues. (10%)
  • Provide professional and efficient service to internal and external stakeholders. (10%)
  • Offer support, guidance, and coverage for other teams within support operations. (10%)
  • Utilize various systems, including internal platforms, to process documentation related to customers and third parties. (10%)

Qualifications & Experience :

  • Education : Bachelor’s degree (any field).
  • Experience : Minimum of 1 year in an international voice process role.
  • Candidates should be graduates or undergraduates with experience in UK / US collections or non-collections backgrounds.
  • Candidates from tech-support backgrounds will not be considered.
  • Basic PC skills required.
  • Strong negotiation, communication (both written and verbal), and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage high workloads, meet tight deadlines, and maintain organization.
