Job descriptionProvide first-level support for SASE solutions, addressing network and security-related issues. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving customer concerns related to secure access and network performance. Collaborate with senior engineers and support teams to ensure seamless issue escalation and resolution. Deliver exceptional customer support, ensuring a positive experience for every interaction. Maintain accurate records of support activities and resolutions, demonstrating strong organizational skills. Utilize and manage ticketing systems to track, prioritize, and resolve customer issues. Experience with ticket management systems is a huge plus. Stay calm and collected during times of chaos, which will happen occasionally in a fast-paced environment. Participate in training sessions to continuously improve technical expertise. Personal Qualities : Highly organized, patient, and capable of working extremely well with others. A strong commitment to providing an exceptional level of customer support is essential. Calm Under Pressure : Someone who can maintain a cool head and composure during chaotic moments, ensuring effective and efficient responses. Education : Recent college graduates with a degree in technology or related fields (preferred but not required). Veteran Applicants : Military veterans with an IT-related MOS or a strong interest in IT and cybersecurity are highly encouraged to apply. Technical Knowledge : A foundational understanding of networks, network security, and basic troubleshooting. Soft Skills : Excellent communication, a willingness to learn, and a proactive problem-solving attitude.
