Key Responsibilities

Conduct engaging property walk-throughs at various Nestaway resale listings, highlighting features, layout, and unique selling points for our social media audience.

Work closely with the marketing team to plan video shoots and follow brand guidelines.

Present information in a clear, persuasive, and friendly manner to attract prospective buyers and renters.

Respond to basic property-related questions from viewers in comments or live sessions.

Keep up with social media trends and suggest fresh ideas for video marketing.

Qualifications

Strong verbal communication and camera presence.

Comfortable speaking, presenting, and moving through property spaces while being recorded.

Pleasant, approachable, and polished personal presentation suited for social content.

Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) is required.

Experience or interest in real estate, digital media, or hospitality will be an added advantage.

Ability to travel within city / locality for video shoots.

Additional Skills

Understanding of basic video production (recording / editing on phone or camera) is a plus.

Creative mindset and ability to accept feedback for content improvement.
