Job descriptionTechnical Skills : Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java Experience with Gen Gen AI frameworks and tools Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.G., AWS, GCP, Azure). Experience with containerization (e.G., Docker) and orchestration (e.G., Kubernetes). Leadership Skills : Proven experience in technical leadership and team management. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Experience : Minimum 5+ years of experience in backend development, with a focus on AI / ML. Experience in leading teams and driving technical innovation. Additional Skills : Experience with data engineering and data science. Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools. Familiarity with agile methodologies.
We are seeking an experienced Backend Gen AI Tech Lead to lead the development of cutting-edge AI-powered backend systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and scaling AI-driven solutions, leading a team of engineers, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities :
- Technical Leadership : Lead a team of backend engineers, providing technical guidance, mentorship, and support.
- AI Solution Design : Design and implement scalable AI-powered backend systems, leveraging Gen AI technologies.
- System Architecture : Develop and maintain the architecture of AI-driven systems, ensuring high performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data science, product, and engineering, to drive business growth.
- Innovation : Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Gen AI and apply innovative solutions to business problems.
