About the Role :

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Salesforce Developer with 6+ years of experience in designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Salesforce best practices, strong hands-on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, and integrations, and a proven track record of delivering scalable Salesforce applications aligned with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Salesforce APIs.
  • Translate business requirements into well-architected solutions that best leverage the Salesforce platform and products (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, etc.).
  • Lead technical discussions, design reviews, and code reviews with junior developers.
  • Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST / SOAP APIs, middleware, or ETL tools.
  • Participate in data modeling, performance tuning, and optimization efforts.
  • Manage deployment activities across sandboxes and production environments using CI / CD tools.
  • Provide level 3 support for escalated issues and troubleshoot platform-related problems.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analysts, Admins, QA, and Project Managers.
  • Stay updated with the latest Salesforce releases and features, and recommend improvements accordingly.

Required Qualifications :

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
  • Strong proficiency in Apex , LWC , Visualforce , SOQL / SOSL , and Salesforce APIs .
  • Experience in Salesforce configuration including custom objects, workflows, process builder, and flows.
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and governor limits.
  • Proficient in version control tools (e.g., Git) and CI / CD pipelines.
  • Experience with Salesforce DX, SFDX CLI, and VS Code.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
