Role Overview

Join the Founder’s Office at GoZupees , where speed, clarity, and structure define how we operate.

We’re looking for a PMO Associate who can help the founder stay on top of projects, meetings, and deliverables.

What You’ll Do

  • Track multiple projects and ensure timely follow-ups.
  • Manage dashboards, reports, and documentation.
  • Coordinate meetings, priorities, and key action items.
  • Create visibility and accountability across teams.

    • You’ll Thrive Here If You :

  • Have 2–5 years of experience in PMO, operations, or project coordination.
  • Are strong with tools like ClickUp, Notion, or Zoho.
  • Are meticulous, structured, and dependable in fast-moving setups.
