BTL Marketing Manager - Founding Team

We are a pre-seed stage online commerce platform in the kids products space founded by IIT Delhi alumni. We are looking to scale rapidly in Bengaluru over the coming weeks and months.

Role Description

This is a full time role for a BTL Marketing Manager. The BTL Marketing Manager will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing below-the-line marketing activities which include events, promotions, and direct marketing strategies. The role will also involve building a team to drive the activities. This role requires on-site work and is located in Bengaluru.

The role is a founding team member role and will work directly with the co-founders. If you join us, we can offer a pathway to upskill and also move into other parts of the business.

Qualifications

Proven experience in planning and executing events and promotions

Strong skills in direct marketing strategies

Ability to analyze and measure the effectiveness of BTL campaigns

Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
