Job description

Role Summary : As a CDP Of Multiple Cuisine at Food Whisperer, you’ll lead a specific kitchen section—Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery and ensure every dish meets the brand’s high standards for taste, presentation, and consistency.

🔧 Key Responsibilities

  • Section Management : Independently manage Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery Cuisine kitchen section with precision and ownership.
  • Cooking & Presentation : Prepare dishes per standard recipes;

ensure mise en place isready for smooth service.

  • Quality Control : Maintain consistency in taste, portioning, and presentation;
  • check freshness and storage.

  • Inventory & Waste Management : Monitor stock, report shortages, minimize waste, and ensure proper labeling and storage.
  • Requirements

  • 5–8 years of professional kitchen experience in Indian, Conti, Halwai, Bakery, Oriental Cuisines Only
  • Strong grasp of culinary techniques, hygiene standards, and kitchen operations.
  • Ability to thrive under pressure and maintain quality during busy service.
  • Culinary certification preferred but not mandatory.
