Customer Service Intern

Role : Intern – Customer Support

Location : HSR Layout, Bangalore

Timing : 10 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM (Rotational Week Off)

Job Type : Full-Time

Deconstruct is a science-led skincare brand focused on transparency and real results. We are looking for enthusiastic Customer Support Interns to assist customers and ensure a seamless service experience.

Responsibilities :

Handle customer queries via calls, emails & chat.

Assist with product inquiries, order updates, and general support.

Record interactions and escalate issues when necessary.

Work closely with internal teams to ensure quick resolutions.

Maintain service quality and performance metrics.

Requirements :

Fluency in English + any 2 regional languages (Tamil / Telugu / Kannada).

Hindi is a plus (not mandatory).

Good communication & problem-solving skills.

Freshers with strong language skills can apply .

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
