Job description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented Data Governance & Systems Analyst to support global content operations. The ideal candidate will act as a digital librarian , maintaining data accuracy, structure, and hierarchy within Rightsline and related systems.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Maintain and organize Rightsline metadata, ensuring title hierarchy accuracy.
  • Monitor data quality, troubleshoot discrepancies, and document processes.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to improve data workflows and consistency.
  • Use SQL for queries and basic data validation.
  • Support continuous improvement of data governance and operational scalability.

Qualifications :

  • 3+ years in data analysis, governance, or operations (Media / Entertainment preferred).
  • Experience with Rightsline or similar rights / data management systems.
  • Strong documentation, process management, and organizational skills.
  • SQL knowledge (MySQL / PostgreSQL preferred).
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities.
