Job Title : GW Automation QA Lead / Engineer

Location : Hybrid

Employment Type : Full-time

Experience Level : Senior (5+ years preferred)

Role Summary :

As a GW Automation QA Lead, you’ll drive automated testing for Guidewire Policy Center ️, ensuring robust and high-quality software delivery across the P&C insurance domain. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and lead QA efforts across geographies .

Key Responsibilities :

Lead QA efforts across onsite and offshore teams.
️ Design, develop, and maintain automation scripts using QTP / UFT, Selenium, and VB Scripting.
✅ Execute automated test cases and document results.
Analyze system specs and create comprehensive test cases.
Collaborate with QA engineers to implement automation strategies.
Identify, document, and track bugs.
Ensure quality throughout the SDLC.

Technical Skills Required :

Automation Tools : QTP / UFT, Selenium

Scripting Languages : VBScript

Frameworks : Hybrid, Keyword-driven

Platforms : Guidewire Policy Center, SAP integrations, Web Portals

Tools : Microsoft TFS, Test Manager (MTM) ️

Testing Types : System, Integration, Regression, Performance

Preferred Qualifications :

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

Proven experience in automation testing for Guidewire Policy Center.

️ Strong leadership and communication skills.

Experience with third-party integrations and SAP / web automation.

Soft Skills :

Analytical and problem-solving mindset.

Excellent communication and collaboration.

Ability to work independently and manage priorities.
