Advanced Clinical Reasoning and AI Development Specialist

About the Opportunity :

Turing is seeking a highly skilled Medical graduate to contribute to advancing AI reasoning in medicine. As an Advanced Clinical Reasoning and AI Development Specialist, you will be responsible for designing and evaluating advanced clinical and theoretical tasks to assess AI performance across medical sciences.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop case-based and theory-based evaluation questions in anatomy, physiology, pathology, pharmacology, and clinical practice.
Create structured diagnostic scenarios and datasets with clear, verifiable answers.
Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, and rigor.
Document failures, provide expert corrections, and maintain records.

Requirements :

Recent graduate in Medicine (MBBS, MD, DO, or equivalent).

Strong background in clinical reasoning or biomedical sciences.

Excellent English writing and analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

Internship, residency, or medical research experience.

Familiarity with AI models in healthcare is a plus.
