We are looking for a Sr Finance Manager who will drive financial performance and ensure operational excellence for our company strategically. This role integrates financial management, human resources leadership, and legal oversight to support the company’s long-term growth and stability. Our ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in financial operations within the manufacturing sector and strong knowledge of workforce management and legal compliance, particularly in labour laws and contract negotiations pertinent to the garment industry.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Financial Leadership
- Implement financial strategies to drive cost efficiency and profitability in manufacturing operations.
- Oversee financial planning, analysis, and forecasting aligned with production cycles and seasonal demands.
- Manage working capital, cash flow, and relationships with financial institutions, vendors, and suppliers.
- Ensure compliance with tax laws and industry-specific financial reporting standards.
- Lead the preparation of detailed financial reports, including cost reports, production variance analyses, and profitability assessments.
2. Human Resources Oversight
Ensure compliance with labour laws, including minimum wage, overtime, health and safety standards, and employee welfare regulations.Establish HR policies for performance management, attendance, and grievance resolution to maintain a motivated workforce.3. Legal and Compliance Management
Oversee legal matters related to contracts with suppliers, and distributors, ensuring terms align with the company’s financial goals and risk appetite.Stay updated on changes in labour laws, ensuring the company’s practices remain compliant and reducing exposure to legal risks.Collaborate with external counsel for handling complex legal issues, including labour disputes, and contractual negotiations.Experience is 5-7 yrs
