About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled and passionate Creative Lead – Video Editing & VFX to drive the visual storytelling of our brand and client projects. This is not just a video editing role – it's a creative leadership position for someone who lives and breathes scroll-stopping visuals, motion design, and cinematic effects.

You’ll be responsible for ideating and executing high-impact videos, mentoring editors and VFX artists, and setting a gold standard for creative output across platforms. You should be a wizard at After Effects, especially with advanced use of plugins, 3D object integration, and compositing techniques.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the creative execution of video edits and VFX-heavy content across campaigns and brand films.
• Design and deliver stunning motion graphics, transitions, and animations using Adobe After Effects.
• Expertly use After Effects plugins (like Red Giant, Element 3D, Trapcode, etc.) to elevate visual quality.
• Integrate and animate 3D objects within After Effects and compositing environments.
• Collaborate with creative directors, designers, and writers to bring ideas to life through motion.
• Supervise and mentor a team of video editors and motion designers to produce best-in-class work.
• Stay up-to-date with editing trends, social media formats, and new VFX techniques to create engaging, platform-native content.
• Contribute to brainstorming sessions and creative pitch decks for new projects.
