Key Accountabilities :
- Key Account Management : Establish and maintain productive business relationships with existing customers. Expand business by securing repeat orders and generating new business opportunities.
- Customer Relationship Management : Understand and articulate customer requirements and expectations; negotiate terms and conditions that are favorable to the business.
- Customer Satisfaction : Provide prompt resolutions to customer complaints, ensuring 100% customer satisfaction.
- Business Development : Develop new clientele and achieve the sales generation targets set by the management.
- Sales Strategy & Target Achievement : Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed the sales targets for the year.
- Coordination & Order Management : Coordinate with customer plants, commercial, and dispatch departments to ensure timely delivery of orders. Ensure manufacturing capacity aligns with order volumes and customer requirements.
- MIS Reporting : Update and manage information related to dispatches, operations, and payment collections for the assigned accounts.
- Market Intelligence : Explore market opportunities and keep track of competitor activities to identify growth areas.
- Payment Follow-up : Ensure timely collections from customers within the stipulated credit terms and limits.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) :
