Roles and Responsibilities
Drafting, reviewing & negotiating legal documents(Contracts, Policies, Vendor Agreement, etc)
Maintenance & updating of diverse legal databases(legal cases, Trademarks, Copyrights etc)
Conduct legal research
Review & update compliance checklists
Desired Candidate Profile
•LLB/LLM qualification is a must.
•English qualified lawyer.
•Registered with the BAR Council of Maharashtra and India.
•1-2 years of experience in Legal role.
