B2B Sales (Tele calling & Relationship Building) :
- Identify, contact, and engage with potential B2B clients.
- Conduct professional outbound sales calls to present products and generate interest.
- Build strong long-term relationships with buyers and procurement heads.
- Follow up on leads, negotiate terms, and close sales deals.
- Maintain a detailed database of clients, leads, and communication history using CRM tools.
Digital Marketing & Lead Generation :
Plan and execute targeted B2B digital campaigns using platforms like LinkedIn, Email, WhatsApp Business, Google Ads, etc.Promote pharmaceutical products through company website, social media, and pharma directories (like India MART, Trade India, Justdial, etc.).Design and distribute digital brochures, product catalogs, and newsletters to potential clients.Monitor campaign performance and optimize for higher conversions.Product Promotion & Market Expansion :
Educate clients on new product launches, benefits, and usage.Conduct virtual product demos or coordinate samples where necessary.Work with the sales team to identify new market segments and customer categories.Reporting & Strategy :
Track and report weekly / monthly sales performance and marketing KPIs.Analyze competitor activities and suggest strategies to stay ahead.Provide input into marketing plans, promotional materials, and campaign ideas.Qualifications & Skills Required :
Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy, Marketing, Business, or a related field.Minimum 1–3 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in pharmaceuticals or healthcare.Strong communication, negotiation, and tele calling skills.Familiarity with digital marketing tools and B2B lead generation platforms.Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical products and market is a plus.Proficient in MS Office, CRM software, and social media marketing tools.Job Type : Full-time
