▷ Immediate Start : Manager - Strategy

Role Purpose :

The role will be an integral catalyst in driving BCCL’s growth journey. The role holder would interact closely with mid and senior leadership to shape organic and inorganic strategy, drive internal transformation initiatives, and catalyze change over the short and medium term. Key responsibilities of the role would include,

• Closely assist Head, Strategy and New Business to undertake and deliver on Growth Strategy and Internal business-critical initiatives.
• Help drive high-quality results from external Consultants, as required. Ensure smooth Knowledge Transfer.
• Track, and deliver “projects” – set up targets, key milestones, timelines, interim and final KPIs; ensure regular cadence of tracking for driving execution excellence. Projects will be cross-functional in nature.
