Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Indore for a Caller. The Caller will be responsible for making calls to prospective students and parents, providing information about courses and programs, assisting with admission processes, and maintaining accurate call records. The Caller will also follow up on leads, answer queries, and ensure a high level of customer service is maintained.

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience in customer service or call center operations
• Ability to handle multiple calls and inquiries efficiently
