Job Title : India Recruiter
Seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have a background in Civil Engineering or Architecture and possess strong knowledge of civil engineering and architectural roles, excellent sourcing and screening skills, and the ability to work efficiently.
Key Responsibilities :
- Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for clients in the Civil Engineering / Architecture domain.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment process including job postings, resume screening, interviews, and offer coordination.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records in the ATS system.
- Develop strong relationships with clients and candidates to understand hiring needs and provide suitable candidates.
- Ensure timely follow-up and effective communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and talent market in civil engineering and architecture.
Qualifications & Skills :
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field.Proven experience in India recruitment, preferably for engineering / architecture roles.Excellent knowledge of civil engineering / architectural job roles, skills, and terminologies.Strong sourcing skills using job boards, networks, and other channels.Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.Detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated.Preferred : Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
