About the Role We are seeking a proactive and people-centric Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our Human Resources team. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing skills, a passion for people, and the ability to manage end-to-end recruitment processes. This role requires excellent communication, a detail-oriented mindset, and a collaborative attitude to attract, engage, and hire top talent for various roles within the organization.

Key Responsibilities Source candidates using job portals, LinkedIn, and internal databases

Screen and shortlist applications based on job requirements

Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate with hiring managers for further rounds

Create and post job descriptions on various hiring platforms and social media

Ensure a seamless interview process and maintain a strong candidate experience

Maintain and update recruitment trackers and hiring reports

Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and timelines

Promote employer branding through campus drives, social media, and employee referrals

Coordinate onboarding by ensuring documentation, IT setup, and smooth induction

Track key recruitment metrics like time-to-fill, source performance, and offer-to-join ratio

Requirements Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

1–3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably in an agency or fast-paced company

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Familiarity with job portals, social media hiring, and ATS platforms

Ability to manage multiple roles and meet tight deadlines

A collaborative team player with attention to detail and an ownership mindset

Basic understanding of labor laws and HR practices is a plus
