As part of our expansion in India, we are growing our finance operations in Madurai and are looking for a capable finance professional to join our dynamic team.Role OverviewThe Senior Finance Executive will manage end-to-end finance and accounting operations for Maitsys India. This position involves maintaining accurate books, ensuring compliance, supporting audits, and working closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across India and the U.S.Key ResponsibilitiesManage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable / receivable, general ledger, and reconciliations.Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.Handle vendor payments, payroll processing, and employee reimbursements.Ensure compliance with statutory requirements—GST, TDS, PF, ESI, and related filings.Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.Coordinate with auditors, banks, and tax consultants for statutory and internal audits.Track expenses, optimize costs, and strengthen internal financial controls.Support intercompany reporting and collaboration with the U.S. finance team.Qualifications & SkillsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Commerce, Finance, or Accounting (CA Inter preferred).Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles.Proficiency in Tally ERP, MS Excel, and financial reporting tools.In-depth knowledge of Indian accounting standards and statutory compliances.Excellent attention to detail, communication, and organizational skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.Preferred ExperiencePrior experience in IT, consulting, or staffing industries.Familiarity with international billing, client invoicing, and consolidation.Experience managing audits and statutory filings.CompensationCompetitive salary and performance-based incentives, commensurate with experience.📧 To Apply : Send your resume to jobs@maitsys.com🌐 Website : www.Maitsys.Com
