We are seeking a dynamic and strategic Group Account Manager to lead influencer marketing initiatives and client partnerships. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in campaign execution and a deep understanding of brand communication, digital media, and influencer ecosystems. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, creativity, and strong client management skills.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Decode client briefs and design customized influencer marketing strategies aligned with brand objectives.
  • Lead end-to-end campaign planning, budgeting, and execution in collaboration with cross-functional teams (Creative, Strategy, Influencer Relations).
  • Identify, evaluate, and onboard relevant creators based on audience insights, content alignment, and brand tonality.
  • Manage client communications including campaign presentations, approvals, and performance reviews.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, delivering actionable insights to optimize future campaigns.
  • Collaborate with leadership to identify growth opportunities across existing and new client accounts.
  • Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and project :
  • 3-5 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital media, or brand partnerships.
  • Strong understanding of influencer campaign workflows from briefing and content planning to execution and reporting.
  • Proven ability to think strategically and contribute to creative ideation.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship management skills.
  • Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a keen eye for detail and adherence to deadlines.
