Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Interior Site Supervisor / Engineer located in Bengaluru. The Interior Site Supervisor will oversee day-to-day operations on construction sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget. Responsibilities include coordinating with contractors, managing site activities, inspecting work quality, and maintaining safety standards. The role also involves ensuring effective communication between designers, clients, and contractors to meet project specifications.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in site supervision, project management, and site coordination
• Proficiency in site inspections, quality control, and safety management
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to manage timelines, resources, and budgets effectively
• Experience in residential interior projects is a must
• Diploma / Bachelor&aposs degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field
• Familiarity with Sketchup, Excel and Cad tools
