About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator who will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, financial coordination, and operational efficiency . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales operations, invoicing, and finance-related activities along with strong organizational and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
Sales Support & Administration
- Prepare and maintain sales quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and client documentation.
- Ensure CRM / sales records are updated, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.
- Assist sales team with reports, follow-ups, and customer coordination.
- Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ensure timely data availability for management reviews.
Finance & Operations
Generate invoices, track payments, and manage collections in coordination with the finance team.Reconcile sales orders with finance records and highlight discrepancies.Support in preparing sales revenue reports, outstanding reports, and credit / debit note documentation.Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.Coordination
Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth business flow.Ensure timely closure of administrative and financial requirements linked to sales deals.Handle vendor / client onboarding formalities and contract management.Requirements
Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales Operations with finance exposure.Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot preferred).Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and sales-finance coordination.Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.What We Offer
