About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator who will play a key role in supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, financial coordination, and operational efficiency . The ideal candidate should have prior experience in sales operations, invoicing, and finance-related activities along with strong organizational and communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Support & Administration

  • Prepare and maintain sales quotations, purchase orders, contracts, and client documentation.
  • Ensure CRM / sales records are updated, accurate, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Assist sales team with reports, follow-ups, and customer coordination.
  • Maintain MIS reports, dashboards, and ensure timely data availability for management reviews.

Finance & Operations

  • Generate invoices, track payments, and manage collections in coordination with the finance team.
  • Reconcile sales orders with finance records and highlight discrepancies.
  • Support in preparing sales revenue reports, outstanding reports, and credit / debit note documentation.
  • Maintain proper documentation for audits and compliance purposes.
  • Coordination

  • Act as a bridge between Sales, Finance, and Operations teams for smooth business flow.
  • Ensure timely closure of administrative and financial requirements linked to sales deals.
  • Handle vendor / client onboarding formalities and contract management.
  • Requirements

  • Graduate / Postgraduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 2–4 years of experience in Sales Administration / Sales Operations with finance exposure.
  • Hands-on experience in MS Excel, MIS reporting, and CRM tools (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot preferred).
  • Knowledge of invoicing, payment follow-ups, and sales-finance coordination.
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
